COVID-19 Information

Due to COVID-19 and the college moving to remote learning, the Educational Pipeline Initiatives Office and its units: 

Community Academic Center - (CAC),

Center for Excellence in Urban and Rural Education - (CEURE), and

Middle Early College High School - (MECHS) will continue to provide services remotely until further notice.  

The most efficient means of communication with our office and units will be through email. General inquiries may be made to epio@buffalostate.edu.  

Voicemail messages left through our general number will be checked daily (716-878-3610).

Any updates that we have, will be posted here; please feel free to check back as needed.

What We Do

The Educational Pipeline Initiatives Office (EPIO) educates, enhances, and provides essential pathways that support, as well as foster, Buffalo State’s commitment to social responsibility and civic engagement. For nearly two decades, EPIO (formerly CEURE) has engaged in K–12, college, and community partnerships.

EPIO encompasses three units:

Center for Excellence in Urban and Rural Education (CEURE)

Community Academic Center (CAC)

Middle Early College High School Program (MECHS)
